The Employee Professional Image application enables UAMS medical providers to choose their photo to display in lieu of their badge photo. Users are able to upload a photo, revert to the UAMS ID Badge photo or request that the IT Technical Support Center at helpdesk@uams.edu either manage or assign a delegate of the medical provider’s choosing to manage their photo.
  1. Log in with your UAMS username and password.
  2. The home page will display the your current photo. Click Edit to change the photo.
  3. Users can upload a new photo or remove their current photo and revert to the user's UAMS ID Badge photo.
    • To Upload A New Photo:
      • Click Browse.
      • Choose a photo to upload from your device.
      • Click Save. A message displays to confirm the image was uploaded successfully.
    • To Revert to the UAMS ID Badge Photo:
      • Click Remove Photo. A message displays to confirm the image was successfully removed and the site will automatically redisplay the UAMS ID Badge photo.
Click Logout to end your session.
Please contact the IT TSC at helpdesk@uams.edu and request one of the following:
  • To change your current photo. For this request, please attach the desired photo to the email.
  • To Revert your current photo to your UAMS ID Badge photo.
  • To Assign a delegate to manage your photo. A delegate of the medical provider’s choosing will be granted access to the medical provider’s photo selection.
The delegate will be notified once a medical provider has granted access to manage his/her photos. A single delegate can be assinged to multiple medical providers.
  1. Log in with your UAMS username and password.
  2. The home page will display photos of everyone who have requested the assinged delegate. Click Edit on the image of the person whose photo you wish to change.
  3. Delegates can upload a new image or remove the current image and revert to the user’s UAMS ID Badge image.
    • To Upload A New Photo:
      • Click Browse.
      • Choose a photo to upload from your device.
      • Click Save. A message displays to confirm the image was uploaded successfully.
    • To Revert to the UAMS ID Badge Photo:
      • Click Remove Photo. A message displays to confirm the image was successfully removed and the site will automatically redisplay the UAMS ID Badge photo.
Click Logout to end your session.
